Squarespace
Brianna joined Squarespace before there was a formal marketing team, coming in as a media manager focused on growing creator advertising across YouTube and podcasts. She helped make Squarespace synonymous with podcast advertising—leading it to become a cultural reference point, from placements in Only Murders in the Building to an SNL spoof. She spearheaded projects like Casting Call, a reality-style podcast competition produced with Gimlet Creative (pre-acquisition by Spotify), which broke into the top podcast charts. During her five years at Squarespace, the marketing team grew from under 10 to over 100 people. Throughout that time, Brianna led various teams—including the creator marketing team (spanning influencers, YouTubers, and podcasters) and the affiliate marketing team, which she built from the ground up into one of the company’s top-performing channels. She also supported global expansion efforts and was part of the team through the company’s IPO.
